Software coding is important for developing web sites, mobile applications, and tailored customer relationship management (CRM) programs. While the perception of coding is one of isolation and technical drudgery, the reality is very different – today’s coders are highly social and collaborative, take initiative to creatively complete projects and bring ideas to life, have an aptitude for forever learning, and are highly flexible problem solvers and team players.
