  • Consultation / deal structuring for economic development incentive programs and project management for major investment or job creation projects considering their community.

Higher Level Investors Receive:

  • all benefits listed above;

  • Direct consultation and service on strategic projects directed by the municipality/county. This could include data, outreach, or implementation of a specific economic development strategy like redevelopment ready communities, neighborhood improvement programs, marketing of a high priority development project, or other community focused projects.

Customized Economic Development Consulting Services:

  • Community partners that have a specific, intensive project in mind (generally, a project that would take more than 20 hours of staff time to implement over the course of the year) can leverage SPARK’s economic development team through an additional investment.

  • Examples of these projects could include:

    • development and implementation of a an economic development strategic plan that is specific to the community;

    • a review and implementation of directed economic development incentives;

    • location of SPARK staff on site for a specific period of time.
