Power Lunch: PlanetM
You are here
Thursday, February 1, 2018 - 11:30am
Oak Pointe Country Club, 4500 Club DriveBrighton, MI
Join the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce and Ann Arbor SPARK for a fascinating discussion about PlanetM, a key driver in the future of mobility. Michigan has historically been a leader in transportation through its thriving automotive industry. The Michigan Economic Development Corporation’s PlanetM initiative continues that legacy. PlanetM is a partnership of mobility organizations, communities, educational institutions, research and development, and government agencies that are working together to develop and deploy the mobility technologies driving the future. Our panelists will include Seun Phillips, Director, PlanetM, MEDC and Christopher Kinser, Director, Center for Autonomous Vehicle Development, General Motors. They will bring us up to speed on innovations in the mobility industry and PlanetM. You will also have the opportunity to mingle with local “power players” while you enjoy lunch prepared by the chefs Oak Pointe Country Club.
GBACOC’s Power Lunches are designed to bring to our business community updates on economic and political issues trending locally, statewide and at the national level. We feature business and governmental “movers and shakers” who will provide insight into their leadership perspectives and corporate impact on our local business climate. Our sincere thanks to LaFontaine Automotive Group for sponsoring today’s event. Thanks, also, to Grace & Porta Benefits for their Executive Sponsorship of this year’s Power Lunch series. Register online at brightoncoc.org no later than January 25 if you plan to join us.
