Salespeople are often praised for having the “gift of gab.” Effective selling is really about effective communication with customers and the salesperson’s ability to obtain information quickly and convey their competence by the questions they ask. In this session, you will learn how to maintain your objectivity, educate and pre-qualify prospects using high finesse questioning techniques. You will also learn to use these strategies to overcome stalls and objections, reducing sales cycle times and customer procrastination.
