Michigan has a thriving energy entrepreneurial ecosystem, with hardware and software start-ups, a variety of companies spinning out of our research universities, and established small businesses bringing new innovations to the table. This month, we’ll discuss:
- What is / is not working for energy companies in the Michigan entrepreneurial ecosystem today?
- What tangible efforts could the ecosystem support that would drive better investment and company growth outcomes?
- What are the core differences between energy start-ups and those in other sectors, and does that affect how we can support them?
Managing Director, Huron River Ventures
