Located in the heart of downtown Ann Arbor, SPARK Central’s Business Incubator offers an ideal location for launching, developing and growing your innovation-based company. Here, you’ll find affordable office and meeting space, administrative support services and advanced communications technology. You’ll also have access to mentoring, networking and educational events. Plus marketing, recruiting, legal, and other business-building professional services, available through the SPARK Business Accelerator.

  • 12 cubicles, available with short- or long-term leases
  • Designated company phone number - VOIP system
  • Private wireless internet connection
  • Full kitchen
  • Utilities
  • Two conference rooms
  • 24/7 key card access
  • Administrative support, with access to copiers, fax machines, conference rooms, and cleaning services
  • Dedicated recruiting staff to source and screen job candidates
  • Preferred status for Mingle & Match talent events
  • Inclusion in the Ann Arbor SPARK Power Lunch series
  • Free admittance to Entrepreneur Education 1.0 and 2.0

Cost: $250/month for cubicle space

Amenities for Virtual Tenants

For entrepreneurs who do not require full time space, a shared office environment which includes the use of the Incubator’s technology and facilities is available. Privileges include:

  • Mail receipt
  • Use of conference rooms
  • Networking/hoteling space: public WiFi, printing, copying, and faxing resources
  • Preferred status for Mingle & Match talent events
  • Free admittance to Entrepreneur Education 1.0 and 2.0

Who is eligible?

You are, if (1) your business is an innovation start-up or (2) your company’s technology is applicable to health care, life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field. In addition, the business must be focused on commercialization and based on an idea or technology that has defensible value (e.g., a patent, trade secrets, copyrights, know-how, etc.).
