Office & Lab Space: SPARK Regional Incubator Network
The SPARK Regional Incubator Network (SRIN) is comprised of two business and one wet lab incubator. The incubators provide physical office space, essential business services and business development guidance in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Plymouth--at lease rates that are affordable for start-up companies. SPARK Central Business Incubator located in Ann Arbor and SPARK East Business Incubator located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, offer professional, staffed business space which includes private cubicles, meeting and conference space and all of the business amenities you would expect in grade A leased space. The Michigan Life Science Innovation Center boasts state-of-the-art life science and biotech research space in a collaborative entrepreneurial environment with established tenant interaction and support.

The following is a list of admission criteria:
- Commercialization Timing: Within 1-2 years of sustainable commercial revenues OR significant investment.
- Technology: Innovation start-up companies, with a technology strategy that creates defensible value (such as through patents, trade secrets, copyrights, know-how) and is focused on commercial application.
- Capital: Adequate capitalization to provide for three (3) months of viable operation (to be outlined in a business plan).
- Plan: Business plan which addresses potential markets and size of market, growth potential, financial proformas, personnel growth and acquisition, and exit strategies.
- Management: Technical expertise in the field, with a plan to acquire qualified resources in employee, market, and financial management.
- Operations: The candidate company must fit within the operational model of the specific facility (space requirements, license fees, equipment/facility requirements, etc.)
