Donna Doleman

Donna Doleman is Ann Arbor SPARK's vice president, marketing, communications and talent. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of Ann Arbor SPARK’s marketing communications and talent efforts.

Donna’s extensive experience includes strategic marketing consulting for corporate, governmental, nonprofit organizations and small businesses. Prior to joining Ann Arbor SPARK, Donna co-founded DLA Group, a business and strategic marketing consulting firm. She provided marketing services to Ann Arbor MI-Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) clients. She also served as director of marketing, Michigan region, for Pfizer, Inc.

In addition to her marketing career, Donna is an entrepreneur who is focused on creating environments that promote natural wellness. She founded Natural Kids®, an award-winning organization that promotes green lifestyles, products, programs and initiatives that ultimately benefit the health of children.

Donna earned a bachelors of science degree in health care administration from Florida A&M University and a masters degree in business administration from State University of New York at Buffalo.
